I’m a writer in Lakeway,TX and was wondering if you guys and dolls had good and proper English comprehension and word usage skills and would like to help with preliminary editing for new novels. Always looking for help.

Alas, though I have good English skills, they’re probably not proper or fit for editing.

    Good luck, though!

You can probably measure my skills by reading my credentials on this site. In addition to the Master’s degree in English Language and Literature, and the six published novels, you should probably take into account my many years of teaching writing, at the college level and in seminars and speaking engagements. Could you explain more clearly what sort of help you need? For example, are you looking for a grammarian? Or do you need to know if a novel is getting off to a good start? There all kinds of editing skills — can you narrow down what you need?
